| *For stays longer than 5 days, guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer. For shorter stays, we cannot grant exceptional use as our first concern is the local environment!!! | ||||||

Payment methods: Rates posted above are for payments made via personal check, or PayPal (please request the correct email address to use at PayPal) and credit cards accepted only for last minute reservations (3.5% will be added to your total for reservations other than *last-minute* ) and internationl guests (5% fee will be added). If you bank w/ Chase, ask us about Chase QuickPay - a convenient and speedy payment process, directly from your Chase account to ours. Reservations with arrival dates within the next 3 months: Full payment is required at reservation time to secure your dates; rental cost payments are generally non-refundable, or only partially refundable if we are able to re-rent your dates, please read our complete cancellation policy before booking. No refunds for early departure, late arrival, reducing number of guests, weather, minor utility outages, personal emergencies, or any situations beyond owners' control. When booking more than 90 days in advance of arrival date -- and your total rental cost is over $700, 50% of total amount is due at reservation time to secure your reservation with balance due 60 days prior to arrival date. International reservations: full payment at reservation time is required. Credit Card Use: If guests want to use their credit card to pay for a booking that is not a last-minute reservation, a 3.5% financial fee will be added to the total rental cost. |
